Had the most amazing brunch here on Sunday! The Chorizo Benedict was absolutely perfect, and everything we ordered was outstanding. It's easy to see why reservations are recommended for brunch - the food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. The fall and Halloween decorations made the place feel so cozy and festive. We also tried the creme brulee, and it was hands down the best I've ever had! Can't wait to come back.
Excellent service and there is such a nice waterside view through the window; would love to sit outside next time. The Japanese cheese fritters were crisp and hot and good dipped in the aioli. Maybe could use even more cheese and jalapeño inside. The banh mi was good, as was the crème brûlée! The bananas foster cheesecake had flavorful layers and was very decadent
Very friendly servers, fair prices, good food, and nice environment! Recommend calling ahead for reservations, especially for weekend brunch hours, as space inside is small.

As two Germans traveling to Toronto for the FIFA World Cup, we stopped here today and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The restaurant is an absolute gem! The service was outstanding, the food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere/location was fantastic. Everything was simply perfect. The prices were fair, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the great experience! We wish you all the best and continued success. We were looking for a spot on the water where we could have some healthy eats. This place nailed it! It’s located in a quaint little "old-town-USA” neighbourhood that made us feel like we were in a movie! The menu was wholesome and well-priced. We were able to sit outside overlooking the river, and enjoyed a couple of very flavourful salads! We highly recommend the crème brûlée, made in-house!
MJ's is a wonderful "hidden gem" that never disappoints. The food is always delicious and the servers are all-stars (from refilling drinks, checking to see if anything is needed, to giving suggestions if you can't decide on what to order)! And whatever you do, don't miss out on the MJ's fries...soooo delicious served with their secret recipe dipping sauce. Yum! My favorite are the MJ's shrimp tacos (with homemade tortillas); my husband loves the MJ's burger. They also have a Sunday brunch that is amazing. Be sure to make a reservation, otherwise, you'll miss out as it is super popular. Enjoy!!!
Great Bistro on the Susquehanna River. Easy parking, no wait for our visit, outdoor and indoor seating, and great staff. We had the shrimp tacos and the eggplant parmesan sandwich—good selection of beers and wine. If you can grab a seat on the patio, you will be right over the river.
I’m so glad I came in for brunch/lunch. This is a pretty spot with really good food and drink options. I ordered a Smoking Bishop. I watched the bartender smoking it at the bar. It looks like a tiny whiskey cask with a hose funnelling the smoke to the drink and a cover to keep in the smoke. Aside from seeing it (because it’s pretty cool tbh), I didn’t find it tasted smokey at all, not even a hint. It was tasty but I’ll opt for something else next time. I’ve been able to really get that smoked whiskey flavor elsewhere but I’m not sure what their process was. We also had an Italian soda - lychee flavor, it was a bit sweeter than expected but full of flavor. We enjoyed the lobster croissant, it had great flavor. I’d love to come back and try a few other things too.
Excellent, food and service. I ordered the eggplant parm sandwich and a hot toddy and sat on the deck for lunch on a Wednesday. The salad was fresh and the drink was strong. The sandwich was open face and easy to eat with fork and knife. At opening it was quiet but by noon it was very busy. The only downside is the noise from the highway- not great if you have hearing accessibility needs.
